Since
the early days, due to the well thought-out organizational work of the
administration, a timetable was established at school. After all, it was necessary
to make the schedule of the lessons, distributed offices, organize work extra
classes, study groups, sports clubs, etc.
However, it was necessary not only to organize
the educational process, but also to create conditions for work. The headmaster
L.M. Pekarskaya begins to study experience of the best schools in the country.
She immediately went to a trip to the Baltic countries, in Moscow and Leningrad,
in Bobruisk and Mogilev for searching original ideas. The task was to creat
classrooms.
"There
were more than thirty classrooms. Everyone has to be different and not like the
other. " By the end of the second quarter six classrooms were issued, which were
considered the best in the town
competition. Why was it so fast? Yes, the fact that the walls of all
classes had chalk whitewash, which "settled" on dark blue suits boys.
We had to urgently do something in this regard, either sew their floorings, or
partially drape cloth. In a pinch, you could use the local wallpaper. It begins
cabinet "fever." Each teacher was eager to create more study in the
subject. Work was in full swing, attracted patrons, parents, professionals or
just assistants. Before midnight the light did not turn off in the windows of
the school. Successes gave a lot of joy. Within two years, thirty rooms were
decorated as the best in content and aesthetic design "
(From
the memoirs of L.M. Pekarskaya).
Thanks
to the work of teachers and staff support at the school since the first days is
conducted the system cabinet.
The area "Textile
worker" continued to build and
populated of the new families. Already in the 1985/1986 academic year, the
average class size was the 35 people, and in the largest 4 "V" class
sat 43 pupils.
